FAQ
For one-time purchases, charges are made at the time of ordering. For subscriptions, charges are made on the Saturday your box will be delivered.
One-time purchases: boxes are delivered the first Saturday, following seven days after order’s placed.
Timeout Classic: Boxes are delivered the last Saturday of every month. Except on weekends a holiday is held, in which case it will be delivered the week prior.
Timeout Gold: Boxes are delivered the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month.
Timeout Luxe: Boxes are delivered the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Saturdays. Except on weekends a holiday is held, in which case it will be delivered the week prior or after the holiday weekend.
Customization is available for all three subscription boxes after you receive the starter kit.
Your first subscription box will include a QR code to an online feedback form that will allow you to customize your next box.
The Luxe Subscription is a weekly subscription that keeps customers stocked with all bath & body care essentials from Zahra’s Crown.
The Gold Subscription is a bi-weekly subscription that keeps customers stocked on solely bath care products.
After receiving the first subscription box, you will have the ability to customize your next one.
You will have the ability to switch out products to try new ones and change the scents.
All starter kits & gift boxes will come in Zahra’s Crowns most popular scents:
