May Birthday Giveaway

We love celebrating here at Wezzy’s Bakery and want to help you celebrate the people in your life! Submit names of friends and family members who celebrate their birthday in May to enter them into a giveaway to receive 6 birthday cupcakes on their birthday.

How does it work?

1. Submit names of people who celebrate their birthday in May by April 28th.
2. We will put all the names submitted into an automated drawing on April 29th to select a winner.
3. We will deliver them a box of 6 of our birthday-flavored cupcakes on their birthday. 

Submitting a Name:

1. Fill out the form below.
2. Must include the recipient’s name, birthday, and delivery address. (We will only use the information if the recipient wins the drawing)
3. Optional: Include a note from you to the recipient. 
4. Optional: Include your email for us to contact you if the name you submitted wins.
5. Click submit.

Please Note: Birthday recipients must live within Reidsville, NC.
